Historic Pet-Friendly Stay • Near Broadway w/ Fire Pit

House was in a great location for our wedding weekend. We were able to get in a little early, which was so helpful! Lots of space and the house was clean.

We loved our time at this home! The architecture was very interesting and the perfect home for 7 grown sisters and friends to each have their own space and privacy and enjoy a weekend in nashville. The location was close enough to downtown that an inexpensive Uber trip was easy. But far enough away to have peace in the evenings and morning. The view of the city from the back patio was amazing! There was plenty of space in the dining room and back patios for gathering. We wished there was more of a living room with more couches for us, but we weren't there to watch TV. The layout was perfect for some gals in town to experience the city and kick back with plenty of personal space. I would highly recommend this home for groups of gals (or guys) looking to get away.

Great property with private back yard and fire pit. We walked the mile and a half to Broadway easily and took an inexpensive Uber ride back. Great character in a cool old house with updated clean bathrooms and kitchen!

This house was amazing! We stayed with 11 adults and two dogs. The house is exactly as described. It is clearly a historical house that has been updated and refurbished with expect care. It was in the perfect spot. 5-10min Ubers to Broadway and 5 min/15min walk to Main St where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. I would absolutely stay here again! The backyard and deck are amazing and you have a view of downtown. The only issue I had with this property was that there were no additional blankets or pillow covers available. There were sheets and pillows without covers but since they offer an air mattress (which kept deflating) there should be an excess amount of additional blankets. It was also VERY cold in Nashville during our stay. The low got down to 9 degrees. Additional blankets would have been greatly appreciated. I would recommend replacing the air mattresses or just switching the couches to a pull out couch as air mattress aren’t comfortable anyway. Other than that I have zero complaints.
